After blowing another lead on Tuesday, the Colorado Rockies (29-56) will try to regain their series lead against the Milwaukee Brewers (51-35) in Game 3 at Coors Field.

The Rockies send Dakota Hudson (2-11, 5.84 ERA) on the road to make his 17th start of the season. Hudson struggled in June, going 0-4 with a 7.77 ERA, and will be hoping to turn his fortunes around in July at home. Coors Field has proven to be a tough call for Hudson, as he is 0-5 with an 8.58 ERA, 22 strikeouts and 23 walks. His last outing came at the Chicago White Sox, where he surrendered five runs on six hits with five walks and three strikeouts in five innings of work.

The Brewers are sending Colin Rea (7-2, 3.61 ERA), who has had a solid year on the bump. Rea posted a 3.25 ERA in 27 games last month 23 innings over five starts. In his final outing at home against the Chicago Cubs, Rea gave up two runs over 5 13 innings. In his lone start at Coors Field, Rea finished just 3 13 innings, allowing five runs on six hits and walking four batters.
