Information on the financial reporting of EQT AB

The EQT AB Group has a long-term business model based on a promise to its fund investors to invest capital, drive value creation and create consistent attractive returns over a 5-10 year horizon. The Group’s financial model is primarily influenced by the size of its fee-generating assets under management, the performance of the EQT funds and its ability to recruit and retain top talent.

The Group operates in a market that is driven by long-term trends and therefore believes that quarterly figures are less relevant for investors. However, in order to provide the market with relevant and timely information about the Group’s development, EQT publishes quarterly announcements with key operational figures that are relevant to the company’s performance (taking into account Nasdaq’s guidelines for drafting interim management statements). In addition, a half-yearly report and an annual report with financial statements and further information that is relevant for investors are published. Finally, EQT also publishes an annual report with sustainability reporting.
