Baked Butt Chop

A quick, simple, and hands-off recipe. Add some vegetables on the side and dinner is taken care of.

Ingredients
- (1 package) Pork Butt Chop
- (2-3 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (to taste) Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Adjust oven rack to second lowest position and preheat to 375*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat butt chops dry and season with minced garlic and salt and pepper.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, turn chops over and bake for 10 minutes longer. If there's some veggies in there too you can mix some of the cooked off fat in with them before putting the pan back in the oven.
