Grilled Whole Chicken
Cooked over indirect heat for juicy meat and crispy skin.

Directions

Prep your grill by setting one burner in medium high or use two burners if you have three or more, leaving the one in between off.

For charcoal, set your grill up with the hot coals in two banks, one on each side of the grill.

1. Spatchcock the chicken, and season it

    2. Once the grill is hot, set the chicken breast side down and grill, covered, for 20 minutes. Flip over and cook, covered, for another 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size and doneness. Enjoy.
